Sara Mustafa, co-founder of CONNECTED MENA, is deeply rooted in the MENA region and driven by its untapped potential. After seven years leading Vision Education and completing her Master’s at Harvard, she returned home with a bold mission: to democratise access to quality, culturally relevant education and build AI literacy — ensuring every learner in MENA can thrive in a changing world.
Zainab Khaleel Ali, co-founder of CONNECTED MENA, is also deeply rooted in the region and brings years of leadership in education. As former COO at Vision Education, she helped establish international schools and early learning institutions across Kurdistan. Her mission is to expand equitable, high-quality education tailored to MENA’s needs.
